Skipper

For the ship’s departure out of the harbour two crew members are required who are in the possession of a sailing licence. If they don’t feel secure or if they don’t dispose over the required licence then a very experiend skipper must be engaged to ensure a joyful and unconcerned holiday. The skipper is also the supplier and cost accountant in accordance to our special separate price list which will have to be requested on your side.

 

Reservations

In order to make a binding reservation after having chosen the date of travel, a deposit of 30% of the total value is due in advance. The payment has to be effected by transfer to our bank account or by payment through your credit card.

 

Cancellation - Changements

In case of cancellation, the amount of the advance payment paid for the reservation will not be returned. In consultation with us you may, however, choose to change the date of your reservation within the same year subject to available free days and if the notice has been made in due time (45 days in advance).

Charter Agreement

After having made your reservation and settled the advance payment we will send you the Charter Agreement. Upon receipt, we kindly ask you to sign all of the copies one of which please keep for your own files, the others we ask you to return to us.

Settlement – Warranty

The complete payment is 45 days before the date of your fare. You can make the complete payment of remaining debt On line from our site by credit card or deposit in the Bank Account mentioned above.The remaining amount of the reservation+warranty+additional charges (such as skipper, airport transfers, etc.) and whatever offers reasoned in compliance with our catalogue will be due in total before the ship is leaving the harbour. The warranty sum will be returned to you after arrival in the harbour and after deduction of the consumption costs for water, fuel and any damage or loss caused to the ship during the trip.

 

Transport

Transport services are being provided on your request and after having received from you the exact flight and arrival details. The charges amount to 40 Euro for each way to the airport Elevtherios Venizelos in Lavrio for 1 – 4  persons.

 

Check-in:

Departure date of embarkation at local time Saturday 17.00 hours p.m.. Captain and Co-captain will receive from us the ship with its equipments as stipulated in the Agreement followed by subsequent procedures of overtaking. Then, after having attained the permission, the ship will be ready for departure.

 

Check out:

Arrival date for return at local time 09.00 hours a.m. Saturday. It is intended to arrive with the ship in the harbour the day before the determined arrival date. The ship with its equipments must be handed over to us in accordance with the Agreement and in condition in which it was received in order that it is ready for the following journey.
